How is ASTM F136 / Grade 23 verified?

Each material batch is linked to supplier documentation and tracked by heat/lot number. Incoming inspection verifies key attributes, and production lots remain traceable through packing and shipment records.

What tolerances can you hold for rings and other parts?

Critical tolerances vary by SKU and feature. Typical control can reach ±0.05 mm for defined critical dimensions. Share your drawing/spec and we will confirm the control plan.
