ODM Development

From Concept to Market-Ready Products

Turn your brand vision into production-ready ASTM F136 (Grade 23) titanium piercing jewelry. We deliver engineered drawings, controlled tolerances, validated samples, and scalable mass production with full traceability.

Best for

  • • Threadless / Internal thread systems
  • • Labret posts & decorative tops
  • • Clicker rings / segment rings
  • • Mirror polish / satin / PVD colors

Not a fit

  • • Clinical/medical device claims
  • • Body-worn imagery requirements
  • • Unverifiable “miracle” performance
  • • Projects without specs or references

Material certifications (ASTM F136 / Grade 23) and batch traceability are available upon request. We do not make clinical or medical device claims.

ODM FAQ

The most common questions we receive before an ODM project starts.

How do MOQ and tooling fees work for ODM?
ODM MOQ is typically per item and per size (gauge/length). Tooling/setup depends on geometry, threading system, and special processes (e.g., custom PVD color). We confirm MOQ and any setup fees after DFM review.
How many sample iterations are included?
Typical projects require 1–2 iterations. Each additional iteration may add 5–10 days depending on complexity. We align expectations by defining acceptance criteria in the spec sheet.
Can you sign NDA and protect our IP?
Yes. We can work under NDA. We also recommend limiting sensitive details in early inquiries and sharing full files after NDA.
What documents do you provide for quality and traceability?
Depending on project scope: material certificates, inspection reports, batch/lot records, and final packing list. We define the document set during project setup.
How does payment relate to production start and lead time?
Production typically starts after sample approval, confirmed specs, and deposit receipt. Lead times are counted from the confirmed start date. Shipping time is additional.
